+ Join Group
Our Facebook page is open to anyone who has attended one of our support group meetings and is either a liver, kidney, or pancreas transplant patient or their caregiver. The Facebook group is private and you must ask to join. Simply log in to Facebook, search for "Second Chance Support Group of Jacksonville" and click "Join Group."
For patients and their caregivers who are awaiting transplant, we like to promote what we call "actively waiting." So we host numerous social events, including lunch after each weekly meeting, a monthly potluck, and other group outings. Please join us at our Tuesday meetings and on Facebook to find out more.
